Paul A. Hudon

A Connecticut native, Paul A. Hudon is a founding partner of Atlas and Hudon, LLP. Prior to the establishment of Atlas and Hudon, LLP in 1976, he served as a staff attorney and assistant clerk of the Hartford Probate Court for six years. His primary practice areas include estate planning, estate settlement, elder law, real estate, small business and probate litigation. Paul is is peer-rated AV® by Martindale-Hubbell.

Paul is a member of the Connecticut and Hartford County Bar Associations and a member of the Probate Court Rules Advisory Committee. He has served as a member of several continuing legal education panels. He is a past chairman of the Hartford County Bar Association Estate Planning and Trusts Committee. For more than ten years he served as a member and secretary of the Connecticut Board of Examiners of Psychologists. He is a member of the Hartford Estate and Business Planning Council and a former member of the Professional Advisory Committee to the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving. He is a James W. Cooper Fellow of the Connecticut Bar Foundation. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America® for trusts and estates and in Connecticut Super Lawyers® for estate planning and probate since 2007.

Paul was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 1970 and to the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut, in 1971. He is a graduate of the University of Rochester (B.A., 1967) and the University of Connecticut Law School (J.D., 1970).
